Macaroni Cheese Surprise

Pasta – curly or small tubes are best
Cheese Sauce – up to you whether it’s packet or home made Breadcrumbs
A tablespoon of pine nuts
A couple of tablespoons of capers,
and Sultanas
and Black olives
Boil pasta in lots of water for the required time
Make Cheese Sauce
Fry capers for a few minutes
Stir pasta, cheese sauce, capers, sultanas and olives together
Tip into an oven proof dish
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and perhaps some pine nuts over the top
Pop under grill for five minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden

Serve with a lovely green salad.
